It's no secret that mental health disorders are on the rise and have been plaguing children and families in recent years. Over a quarter of a million children and young people were still waiting for mental health support at the end of the 2023 and this figure is growing exponentially, leading to families having to find ways to manage on their own.

We know that if mental health issues remain unaddressed, damaging behaviour can quickly set in, leading to long-term health problems, not only for the children involved but also for those caring for them. Luckily, we're working to fix that.

My name is Sarah and I'm the director of Social Impact - a therapeutic tutoring and coaching service helping people to heal and build thriving relationships with themselves, others and the world around them. By learning to overcome the limiting beliefs that lead to stress and anxiety, I can help you to reach your potential.  My services offer clients the opportunity to explore their feelings safely and work to overcome negative subconscious patterning that results in a broad range of mental health, work, life and relationship issues.​
